RETURNS

You may return any of our products for a merchandise exchange or a full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping and handling charges). Returns are accepted for unused, undamaged merchandise up to 30 days after the date of purchase. Please contact customer service at 401-307-1994 or via e-mail , CLICK HERE, for a Return Authorization (RA#) and return instructions. Please include the reason for return, order number, copy of your receipt and contact information in your request. Return shipping is pre-paid by you, the customer, to the address provided in the Return Authorization response. Please also include the Return Form with your return.

  • SALE/CLOSEOUT items are Final Sale and are not returnable.
  • Sale items are also listed as "SALE" and can also be identified by ending digits in $xx.99. Sale/Closeout items are also not eligible for any additional discounts or coupon codes unless otherwise noted. 
DAMAGES IN SHIPMENT

If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will promptly send you a replacement or issue you a full refund after you have returned the damaged or defective product. You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement of such damaged or defective shipments.

Any damages in shipment transit need to be reported within 5 days of receipt of shipment. Please contact customer service at 401-307-1994 or via e-mail, CLICK HERE. Please include if you would like to have a replacement item sent to you or if you would like to return for refund, order number, and contact information in your request. Please include a photo of the damaged or defective item with your submission for review.

RETURNED PACKAGES/SHIPMENTS

If a shipment is returned due to multiple delivery attempts by a shipping carrier or a customer not available to accept delivery we can provide the following options:

1) The package can be re-shipped at the customer's expense. If the order qualified for Free Shipping then the customer would have to pay applicable shipping cost for re-delivery of the package. An alternate address would also need to be provided so as to not encounter another package return.

2) The order can be returned and a refund issued for the merchandise total only back to the customer's original form of payment, minus any shipping cost that was paid. Shipping Costs would not be eligible for a refund. If the order qualified for free shipping and the customer requests it be refunded after the package is returned the amount of the shipping will be deducted from the merchandise refund. If the package is returned after the return policy (30 days from purchase date), a 30% re-stocking fee would also be deducted from the refund amount with any applicable shipping fees. The final amount would then be issued as a store credit to be used online at a later date. No refunds back to the original form of payment will be honored after 30 days.
